Due to living in the Malaga countryside, we have to use satellite internet and a VOIP phone. This is supplied by Conecta4. Currently paying 72.60E per month for "up to 2Mb/s" upload. Lately (when the speed test works) we have been getting 0.3Mb/s with a nearly unusable phone. Perhaps this is partly weather related?
